What is ALS and What Options Are there for Senior Care?

ALS is amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, more commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease. It is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that begins to destroy nerve cells in the brain as well as the spinal cord.
